GDC has delivered specific needs for State and National Teams. We conduct a needs analysis assessment with coaching staff and design a program to achieve the required result.
Indoor/Outdoor Group Fitness
Group Fitness classes are tailored to suit all fitness levels.  With a maximum of 12 participants per class, this total body circuit workout allows you to target those areas you may feel need some extra attention whilst getting the most out of your work out.
