GDC Team is constantly growing with lots of Coaches from many sports and workshops.

​

My Administration Team consist of mainly my family as it was built from a family business to what it is today.

We have a variety of Coaches, Facilitators, Mentors and Staff that assist in running GDC Fitness.

My Coaches assist during the year at many schools (Secondary and Primary), we supply coaches to several schools in many sports(Basketball, Netball,Volleyball, Touch Football, Soccer and more).
